So if you follow me on Instagram, or if you had noticed from my previous post, you would have realized that I am done with outrageous hair colors. Yes, I am back to basics, and I had a few inches of my locks chopped off. You can say this is a total makeover for me.

Now, I haven't had black hair in years, and this really needs some getting used to. And the length... it makes me feel naked somehow, and I think the boyfriend misses ruffling his fingers through my long hair. But it is actually growing on it, day by day. For one, blow-drying my hair is not such a bitch anymore. And much to my surprise, so many followers left me comments on Instagram, telling me how much (more) they love this new hairdo.

This may be nothing fanciful nor crazy like my stunning red, but it is surely a fresh change that brings a lot more elegance and youthfulness. Cannot thank Shunji Matsuo enough. :)

I wish I could tell you how I have been feeling like this gives me a lease of youth, and a little self-convincing worth its weight in gold that I am another step closer to looking like a Japanese.

My first morning with short dark tresses puts me in an exuberant mood, and I finally wore this very gorgeous crochet bustier top. When I first set eyes on it, I could hardly contain my excitement and it is one of those designs that left me incapable to pick just one color. I wanted all four! I took a whole folder of photos of me in this ensemble, because it is so feminine and show-stopping. Now, if you could just pardon me while I go back to deciding which other color(s) I want.
