Holidays are meant to look frivolous, chic and cheery.

On a recent beach retreat to Phuket, I wanted nothing but loud pieces to layer over my bikinis. So The Closet Lover knows me so well, and they sent over this set of clothes for me to bring along. Yay to holiday brights and florals!

As you can see, the tank top is reversible. I preferred the fuchsia side for the beach and wore it that way more, but for the office, I am toying with the idea of wearing the navy side with a white blazer. Yes, we all love such versatile pieces, and since you can wear it in two colors, it is tantamount to buying two tops at one price. Legit.

And the shorts has fast become one of my favorite pairs. Just four days at Phuket and I have worn it to death. The pile of shorts I have in my wardrobe is something you can never quite fathom, and I can have one cutting in four colors. I know, so ridiculous. And the worst part is that there are only 2 days in the weekend that I get to wear shorts, but what do you know? You are so going to spot me in this pair again. It is too gorgeous to not re-wear.
