It was a sunny day and I had my shades on most of the time (and for the sake of looking different, I went through the hassle of taking them off every time B pointed the camera at me), but don't be fooled by the sunshine because if any, I learned that the winter in Europe can get pretty bitter. Because no matter how I froze under my opaque tights and how I only allowed my hands to be out of my pocket when I needed to adjust my hair (or eat), Roma is ever picturesque and every bit stunning - spring, summer, fall or winter.

Blue skies and fluffy big clouds, warm sun rays and a morning air so fresh and crisp; the cold may be bitter, but we enjoy freezing our moments into these snippets of keepsake, for reminiscing is one indulgence I consider a past-time, and I can spend hours just dreaming of being back at my favorite Italia...

So this is it, the bests of my morning at the Colosseo;
magnifique.

Thankful for the generous minutes of perfectly bright and blue skies that had B's shutter clicking away and thankful for how we created some of our favorite photos of Roma - ever.

And if you are wondering why I am taking so long to share my Italia travelogues, it is only because this is my feeble attempt to relive the moments and to still feel that I am not too far away from the Eternal City... and all the other cities that tug my heartstrings...
