I always have a thing for 2-piece suits, but all that I bought in my previous Bangkok trip were all too big for me. And locally, I haven't seen any on the racks too. Or maybe I haven't shopped enough.

But because The White Carousel always has clothes that suit me, I was so overjoyed when the sweet owner told me to pick another outfit for the weekend. I had initially shortlisted another skirt and a floral pants, but when I saw this 2-piece suit, I dropped all other ideas.

It has to be this outfit for that Saturday brunch with the boyfriend.

I especially love how the scallop hem teases with glimpses of the torso. And the next time I wear it, I will pair it with a blazer and pants in clashing prints. How versatile and fun 2-piece suits can be! :)
