Polka In The Wilderness

The big blue Aussie sky puts me in such a jovial mood and I want nothing but to prance around like I own that little part of the world. Probably the vainest Asian at the wilderness lodge, but that did not stop me from dressing up for some photos.
It was an afternoon that belonged to me, and because I've had one too many people telling me that I have grown tanner, I thought I might as well embrace this and hence, threw on a body-hugging dress. Everyone knows how I am always working towards the day I reach for the lightest powder shade on the makeup shelves, but somehow, the people around me seem to have a bigger thing for looking tanned. It is said that a tan gives you a healthier glow and a slimming illusion.
Well, I have to agree after I saw myself in the mirror. The dress looked intimidating initially, but do you see any unwanted bulges? Maybe the relatively thick but stretchy material helped hug my body at the right places, or maybe the cutesy mini polka dots distracted the focus on my fats. With a sweetheart bustier for that boost of femininity, this is such a coveted flirty number in every subtlety.
Whatever it is, it did not take me much to look this sun-kissed and youthful. Guess what? It is Bridge by Fash Mob, again. ;)
