So I have a thing for florals, as you may tell by now. Many times, I get people criticizing me for my loud choices - bright colors, big floral prints, sequins, leather... but, why?  "We are all of us stars, and we deserve to twinkle," said Marilyn Monroe, my greatest inspiration.

She was such an alluring and beautiful woman, for she was confident, intelligent and sexy - all in an effortless and unpretentious way. She never feared criticism, even if she wore the most controversial dress and heels. Because she was right - we are all beautiful women in our own rights, and the society will only be beautiful if we are all confident about ourselves and embrace the colors of life.

It had been a rather gloomy week for me, and I felt somewhat ugly and inferior. But the constant reminder from my loved ones never fail to give me strength to believe in myself against all odds, and I regained my desire to dress up and embrace life. Nothing quite as celebratory as flowers, no?

I am quite a fan of rompers lately, rest for the part about answering nature's calls. But this does not stop me from adding more to my collection, because they are so easy to pull off and so comfy to be in. Whether is it running some errands at a nearby mall or shopping for groceries, or a high tea session with the girlfriends or a date at the park with your lover, a floral romper will be your best bet.
