So we are at the final countdown to the Lunar New Year, and everyone I know is scrambling to do what the festivity needs us to do - shop for new clothes and shoes and accessories and whatever that can make you look pretty. We all want to look our best for the great annual visiting and numerous house parties, and I love our Lunar New Year has two whole weeks for us to dress up. This means we can shop for many many many more clothes without feeling guilty!

Today's instalment is a gorgeous red dress from my darling Faire Belle. A damn gorgeous red dress, if I may. Besides telling you what a stunner the crochet cut-out at the back is, I have to tell you how easy to wear this piece is. Because it is already a statement design on its own, you can do without accessorizing, though I chose to dazzle mine up with some blings.

And it is easy to wear literally, because it has a skater bottom that you can swirl and twirl around in, and move around freely. I wore a tight dress for Day 1 last year and swore to never do it again because walking around, sitting down and getting up was quite a bitch. This one, I promise, will be comfy and you can eat all the steamboat and snacks you want without looking four months pregnant and wrapped up in an unforgiving dress. I love cheating my way through all the feasting like this with smart wardrobe choices.
