Travelogue: Bangkok Check-ins // Bangkok I

But a recent trip back (after a year!) had me realizing just how much I miss Thai massage, Thai food, and interesting little cafes. The city is still lovely, rest for the part about being scammed by dishonest merchants. That aside, it was a rewarding week and we have a whole line-up of content to share.
Friends always ask me where to dine at when at Bangkok, and we've pretty much got that covered. A recent update on the list of cafes might help you for your upcoming trip(s), and you can read about them here. Actually, if you would just google "Ladyironchef Bangkok", it will lead you to our compilation of Bangkok-related posts - we've got cheap massages recommendations, local eateries, cafes and coffee shops etc. There is no way you'd feel bored and lost at Bangkok with those guides, I am sure.
And in case you are wondering where we stayed at this trip, it was Hansar at Ratchadamri. Not the best location, but it is just about the best hotel we've put up at by far. It is nothing like your commercial properties, not exactly hippy like W and Sofitel So, but very sexy in its own ways. It was one so homely that had us lazing in bed till lunch time, and peeling ourselves out of bed was a daily mission impossible. So done with staying at the Pratunam area because the crowd is just horrendous and no taxi drivers will take you home for under THB400 - ridiculous, right?
Anyways, Bangkok, I will be back soon. See you again in March!
