Sundays always call for comfy casuals and in my wardrobe, these come in the form of chic separates that are good even without accessories. Statement details like florals and other like prints, stripes and boat necks, chiffon frills and pleats, organza panels and mesh inserts... these are a couple of my staples and what I usually turn to when I need to put together a fuss-free weekend ensemble that can take me to the downtown without looking too underdressed.

One of my new favorites and one to stay is this organza crop top that my sista, Brianna, designed and produced in a palette of yummy pastels. It was no mean feat to decide on only one color. The powder blue piece went home with me because lately, this color is my obsession. I think it is Dior that influenced me.

Anyway, it is one flattering top that is so versatile that may look unassuming and normal at first glance, but a different story altogether when you put it on. Love the straight neckline that exudes a mysterious sexiness! I can think of endless combinations - with ripped jeans, with a matching white pencil skirt and double-breasted blazer, with a pleated midi in complementing pastels, with a pair of floral pants... I could go on, y'know?
