I have always been a fan of Theory of Seven and their enthralling collections, so when the lovely owner offered to dress me, it was an excitement that I haven't experienced in a while - one that I cherish and feel so strongly for. She is such a talented person, and her designs are so immaculate that it is impossible to not feel confident in them.

What came in the mail was a gift handpicked by her - a cutout number marks my first feature for Theory of Seven. The sweet lilac shade speaks of my neverending affection for maxi dresses - a known fact by now - and the soft chiffon embraces femininity. But what completes this number is the playful cutouts at the back. Don't we all love back details?

Together with black accessories to complement the pop of black piping, my take on this ensemble is understated and one that is fitted for a quiet afternoon with my love as we explored alleys and the old charm of Singapore.

Thank you for dressing me, Eileen!
