It was back to work after a short break, and Monday couldn't have been lazier. None of my alarms worked better than my physical alarm - Brad Lau. He always nags (even at his half-awake state) till I crawl out of bed to shower, while he goes back to sleep and only wake up after I am halfway done with my makeup. You see, that is the sad difference between males and females. We always sacrifice a bit more of our sleep to doll up.

After consecutive days of being in bikinis, tank tops and shorts, I had a slight mental block when I stood in front of my wardrobe that morning. I almost forgot what I had for the office, and I didn't quite bother rummaging through my piles of clothes. Picked up a basic black tank and my favorite pair of printed leggings, and threw on a white blazer for a more formal completion.

This loose blazer with long lapels came with a drapey effect, but I cinched it with a waist belt for a bit more definition, and rolled up the sleeves to show a bit of skin. Somehow, I do not fancy covering up every part of my body.

The biggest attraction? The soft material that makes it an easy piece to walk around in with Singapore's humidity. I know, the sun has been so merciless and if only I could go to work with this blazer and a pair of shorts instead. I can already picture how much tastier that would look!
