A few days ago, I decided to don a playful frock, just because...

When it comes to guessing my age, more often than not, people tend to guess a bigger number. And it became from hurting to plain irritating. It always happens, but I embraced the fact that I look feminine. After all, looking cute is not my thing and I'd still very much prefer to look like a woman and not a girl.

But sometimes, we just need a little fun for the day. To inject some sort of youthfulness, some sort of cheekiness, and this is something I'd never used to do until recently. Well, I blame it on ageing. The desire to look younger is so much stronger now.

So I put on this polka dot dress that has a sweetheart bustier neckline and flattering spaghetti straps that accentuates my shoulders, and I swear the quality is so totally worth the investment. Accompanied with loose curls and colorblock wedges, I celebrated my newfound youth and vitality in this darling of a dress. Such a lovely piece, indeed.

And B really loved it too!
